AutoCAD Architecture - Render of Multi-View Blocks

I am using some of the pre-loaded multi-view blocks (toilet stalls, desk, chair, etc.)

In 3D render, they used to show as bright sold colors. For some reason now they have lost their appearance and are plain white. How do I return the original color or change the material appearance of these blocks.

To be clear, I don't care about setting a special material like steel or wood, just a solid color is fine to make it stand out.

Thanks.

Are the parent objects on a Layer whose color is White?

Are the parent objects assigned the color White?

Were the objects exploded down to the point where the remaining objects are all assigned the ByBlock color?

I just now went into each block part and took them from layer 0/by block and put them on a specific layer/by color and the same thing is happening.  I just am not sure what governs the appearance of these things.

Attach a sample file that exhibits the problem.
