AutoCad Architecture Import, Insert not completing command

AutoCad Architecture Import, Insert not completing command

I don't know when the last time I tried to import or attach a PDF was, but when I try either commands they don't complete the action after selecting the PDF. I have tried different PDF's, restarted, tried a different file, and checking for updates. I also noticed and it might just be a coincidence Laymcur lags. Any help or advise is appreciated!

What version of AutoCAD are you using?
Which commands are you using?

Can you share with us one of these failing PDFs please?

Try using PDFIMPORT or PDFATTACH commands, they both work fine with your posted PDFs here.

those don't work either, a coworker suggest those this morning. The only thing that does work is dragging the PDF into the drawing, though it doesn't convert the lines. I did some more thinking and I think it might be a setting or something that changed when we were testing out KCS tools. After I took it off of my computer because it affected my copy command things have been a little goofy. But if you could think of other solutions other than re-installing autocad please let me know.

You will need to reinstall most likely: your posted PDFs import just fine in ACA 2017-2018-2019 here, same for your coworker too I bet, your software most likely is messed up.

Back up your customizations first if that is your true reason for not fixing your software https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to...

Thank you for your help. I will re-install with fingers crossed that it solves the issue.
