AutoCAD Architecture - Door data sets are sequentially numbered but door tags are all Door 001

Hello, new to AutoCAD Architecture here. When I go to insert the door tag, the data sets are all sequentially numbered but the associated door tags are all "001." How do I correct this?

If you can attach a sample file in a reply post that exhibits the issue, someone here can take a look at it and figure out what is not working.
