AutoCad Achitecture keeps sending me activation codes

My Autocad Architecture 2017 keeps sending me (to my email) activation codes every time I start the program. First i experienced the issue were the program won't start because of some language script it doesn't find (Picture below). So I fixed that problem just by adjusting the shortcut filepath. After that I works but in some weird way. When I start the program I get the following message (Picture 2). Short after that message: "Please wait while your license is being verified" i get an registration/activation code email from Autodesk with my serial numbers. Could someone please help me?

Another issue i noticed is when i click to open a random DWG file when the program is NOT running, it just open up the start window in autocad and

NOT the file in question. WHY?

Your screen shots indicate you are running AutoCAD LT, not AutoCAD Architecture.  None-the-less, what you report is a known problem that has affected certain customers. Contact Activation and Registration, and they will be able to straighten out your account and stop the emails from being sent every time you start the program.
