Adding Architecture to AutoCad??

Hi,

In my course last semester, we used ACA (Autocad Architecture). However, I cannot remember how I updated my educational download of AutoCad to ACA. We did it last August and my license expired recently. I updated my license and the 2024 software for autocad, but I can't seem to remember how to extend CAD to ACA.

Thank you for the help, I'd like to keep practicing over the summer between classes.

Hi @20124123,

If you have AutoCAD 2024 as a student, then you will have an AutoCAD Architecture license in your account. They are separate products, so will need to be installed separately - you can find the installers in your account product page.

Thank you. Something also changed in my settings. Everything is now imperial, even if I go into global. How do I adjust my home tab/tool pallet to show the drawing tools for walls/doors/etc?

At the command line, type OPTIONS and press the ENTER key.

In the Options dialog, select the Profiles tab.

In the upper left corner of the Options dialog, what Profile is set current?  In the Available profiles list box, what profiles are available to you?

When you installed AutoCAD Architecture, what content did you choose to install?
