A software Problem causing AutoCAD to close unexpectedly.

I have been having this problem since I installed. It happened when I am either opening or closing a drawing.

IT has "repaired" AutoCAD had hoped that would fix the problem. But I started up today and was drawing away when I closed some drawing it happened again. I have sent me report multiple times and have no heard anything back. I have looked on the Internet for suggestions to no help.

I am not sure what I should do. Attached it the Error Report I receive when AutoCAD Closes.

This has happened at least 5 times in the past 3 days (?) It has also just stop responding all together and I had to force shutdown.

Any tips suggestions ect would be appreciated.

Thanks

I have had this happen to me in the past. What was causing my problem was that I was trying to use a very tight curved profile at the top of a wall to make a rounded corner on the parapet. AutoCad Architecture did not like this at all an so it crashed. I had to re-think how to show the corner in plan view as opposed to model view and came up with a solution. I don't know what you are drawing, but if you are doing something similar to what I did then you should try something else. I actually had to show plain linework to represent the rounded corner in plan view and mask out the square corner (also in plan view). In elevation, I had to do the same thing. Showed curved linework for the rounded parapet and masked out the square part using a material boundary. Hope this helps, James
