Pdf export scaling

When I export to .pdf the scale is not correct. I've changed scales, fit to paper, etc but all I get is either a blank page or an image that fills the page. If I can't generate a plot that is the same size as what I'm drawing then this app is useless to me. What am I doing wrong?

What program are you using exactly? This forum is for the cloud-based app on mobile devices called AutoCAD360 only.
Which mobile OS version of the cloud based app are you using?
Are you plotting from model or paperspace?
What sheet size did you choose?
What plot scale did you choose?
what plot area did you choose?
Are you sure the drawing is drawn at 1:1 scale, and not something else?
Does this happen with ALL files you've tried, or just this one?

If you are not able to answer all the questions, post your DWG file here for use to try for ourselves.

Using Autocad 360 mobile on an ipad 2 pro. Latest version.

The drawing is one I generated using the app, not one done on another version and imported.

I have tried plotting from model and layout with same results. If I check fit to paper it fills the paper with the image. If I uncheck this and use any other scale it gives the same result which is a very small version of the drawing which does not change as I change the scale.

I've tried plotting extents and display with same results.

Ok, I have a partial solution.

Layouts 1 & 2 are at 1/2"=1'-0" scale. If you use this then they plot out to scale.

Still have not determined how to plot model space at correct scale.

There is no ability to plot to scale from modelspace in AutoCAD360.

Thanks, that solves it then. Thanks for your help.
