Pago version 360Pro y no me deja imprimir ni subir a nube...

Hola a todos...soy nueva en autocad Pro..me he suscrito  a versión de pago y no logro imprimir ni subir a la nube. ..se comporta como versión Freeman. 

Podrían orientarme.?...GRACIAS

Thanks for contacting us,

Due to the known serious issues in AWS (Amazon servers), a lot AutoCAD 360 functionalities were unavailable yesterday.
Everything is back to normal right now, please let us know if you encounter any issues.

Anche io ho pagato L abbonamento Pro per un anno e non riesco ad utilizzarlo!

ho rifatto varie volte login ma nulla da fare, ho sempre la versione basic.

o mi sbloccate ciò che ho pagato ho mi rimborsate della cifra pagata!
