Log In Problem

When I try to sign in to AutoCAD 360 

it says that my Autodesk id / email and password do not match 

Any ideas

Have you tried your Autodesk account first? Are you able to log in with your user ID and password?

Yes I can log in to my autodesk account with my I D and password

Which OS are you using =and what version app is this?
And where are you logging into your Autodesk account? And are both logins meant to be one and the same?

Thanks for all your help all sorted now 

just had to reset all my Id and password And then download it again
