The latest 1/18/2017 update starts to open and the blue background appears but no red A. This is on an iPad 3. Tried deleting the app, rebooting the iPad and then reloading the app from the app store, which showed the icloud symbol at the top. If I swipe up to get the quick choice apps, Acad shows, and I can see my file thumbnails, but selecting from there I get the blue screen and the app quits. Selecting from the icon I get a momentary flash of the blue and then it bombs. Bug?
Basic version. Works ok on my iPhone7.
I am having the same problem. Have contacted customer support. Awaiting an answer from support. I use an Ipad2 and I try to open the app, but it closes within one or two seconds. Blue screen then nothing.
