Is there a new email account reuqired when you already have an account registered with ACAD?

I already have an Autocad - Autodesk user id and password yet when trying to use them in sign up dialog, a meesage comes up and says "the email you entered already exists in our system. Please choose a different email.
Does this mean that I need to set up a new email account ??

Thanks James. If you already have an Autodesk log in, you should try to use your existing username and password. If you are still experiencing difficulty, write to us at feedback@autocadws.com and we will work together to resolve it.
