i can't open file.

i have some error too.

first time i have open the dwg file from dropbox when the program have download file from 0% to 20% it will be show this error.

my devise is ipad mini 1 and ipad pro 64 gb

i try to save in any version but it same error please slove it. thank you.

Close the AutoCAD360 and DropBox apps in iOS (like this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330)

Ensure you are on a rock-solid WiFi signal.

Start the AutoCAD360 app again and try to open your file from Dropbox (if you linked the two accounts within AutoCAD360).
