Geolocation from drawing not getting carried over to mobile version

I cannot get the mobile version to recognize the geolocation of the drawing. I set a geolocation, and then uploaded the drawing. But in the mobile app (iOS) it does not recognize it.
The only way I can seem to get the geolocation to work on the iOS version is to manually set my location. But if I knew that, I wouldn't need to georeference myself.
This is very frustrating, as it seems like it should work.
