File downloaded from e-mail/ I can see the file in account manager that's all

I downloaded the DWG file from an e-mail. The drawing pops up in account manager, but when I open that file, I can't see the drawing. I can just see a blank screen. Help!!

Do you need to pan around or zoom extents to see it?
Can you post the DWG file here?

We've just deployed a few fixes for some recent known uploading/opening drawing issues. Would you please re-upload your drawings and let us know how it goes?
Please note- Opening the drawings in not enough, fixes are available for re-uploaded drawings.
