We are consistently having problems with trying to view autocad files on Autocad360 IOS app and through an online web. We are constantly receiving a message that we need to try to re-upload the file to the A360 drive or contact support. ' Unrecoverable exit code from extractor: -1073741831'
Is there anything we can do to resolve this?
