Autocad WS not able to find my location

I have the latest version of autocad ws for the iphone and it isn't able to find my location. My location services are set to on and I have tested it using other apps. What I did notice is that the WS program doesn't show up as an app that has queried for a location. Is there a bug when loading the program or perhaps a setting that I need to turn on?
