AutoCAD 360 program shuts down when loading files

When attempting to load a file in my Samsung S2 tablet, AutoCAD 360 shuts down. I'm able to log in, but as soon as I select a file, AutoCAD 360 stops working.

I've reinstalled the software many times and changed my password. 

Anyone know what I can do from here?

Does this happen with other files? Find out.
You uploaded the file to AutoCAD360, A360, DropBox, OneDrive or somewhere else?

I can;t tell from your screenshot: are you on wifi?

Is the latest version installed on your device (V 4.2.6)?

Does the app crash when trying to open specific drawings?

Could you please share one of these files with us (feedback@autocad360.com) ? Or send us the file'a name?
