Hi, my AutoCAD 360 app in Android is recognizing that I paid for Pro, when I click on upgrade to Pro. But, all Pro features are disabled...Please help! I've tried multiple devices. No response from support email.

we are having the same issue, liked the program, paid for the Premium, which worked for approx 1 week, but now it says we only have the free version, but when we go to upgrade, it says we have already paid.
Urgently need a fix.
