A360 included in my sub - Mobile app says basic

Can someone verify this is included with a subscription.  My sub page says included and can edit dwgs, however mobile app says its basic and can't edit.  At one point I could edit.

Hi @jeff.dickerson

 

From our records I can see you currently have AutoCAD and Product Design Suite Ultimate Maintenance Plans (perpetual licenses). Please note that AutoCAD 360 Pro version is free for subscribers only and is not included with Maintenance Plans. Therefore you only have the AutoCAD 360 free version.

Please explain to me why it is now displaying I have 2 seats for AutoCad Mobile.  I purchased a seat because of this thread (you saying I didnt have it) and now based it is showing I have (2) seats, the one I purchased because of you, and then one included in my sub.  See photo.  Not sure what is going on.

Hi @gobluejd.

 

Sorry for the the confusion.

 

We (Autocad Mobile team) see that your email address (jeff.dickerson@ufsc.com) is associated only with an Autocad Mobile Pro subscription purchased via Autodesk E-Store.

Is that the same email address that should be associated with your Autocad desktop subscription as well?

 

Anyway, I've forwarded your case to our subscriptions team for a further examination. I'd be happy to contact you as soon as i'll have more answers.
