3D drawing issue

I am unable to view the 3D functions after uploading a 3D drawing. The 3D view tabs are not selectable. Should it be loaded in a specific way?

Hi, Does this happen with all your 3D drawings or just this one? It would help if you sent us the drawing to feedback@autocadws.com so we can examine it. Thanks

I have not tried another drawing yet, but a colleague of mine has had the same issue with one of his drawings.
