I upgraded to 360 Pro through Microsoft store, and downloaded it two weeks ago. It opens as "Pro", but when I open or create any files, it opens as autocad 360 only, not Pro, and all the tools that come with Pro are missing. I have emailed "feedback@.... several times. I got a response the day I purchased it, but nothing since. I need a phone number to call to get this resolved...
As previously mentioned via email, your pro subscription is valid and active according to our records.
Please try to remove the app, re-install it again, and log-in back to your account.
