Autoload .dgn files

Hello!

I have 6600 .dgn files that need to be entered into the Vault. I need to convert to .dwg first. The only process I know of is to open in AutoCAD, save as .dwg, and then save to the Vault. I would prefer to use the Autoloader, or some other method of processing these in a batch. Any ideas?

Thanks,

John

I've used ScriptPro in the past to do this.

Basically the script will need to do the following:

  • Open DGN
  • SAVEAS AutoCAD File Format
  • Vault Check-In
  • Close DWG

Associate all DGN files into the ScriptPro event.
