2016 dwg to stp conversion.

We have just moved on to 2016 from 2010 AutoCad Design suites.

I need to convert models in dwg format to stp format.

Pre the change to 2016 I've just used Inventor to do the conversions however in 2016 the Inventer Export menu has the STP file "Greyed out" and I cannot use it.

Any ideas how I can carry out the conversions.

Stand down, I've found a solution by using "Mechanical".
