Please help!! this small box is getting me annoyed TT . TT

I don't know what cause 'this' box appeared. And I don't even know its name.. It always appears everytime I click my objects and won't let me modify them. Here I give you my screenshot. Please help me to get rid of this box. A.S.A.P. Thank you very muchh

note : I use AutoCAD 2015

Hi,

read about SELECTIONCYCLING (>>>details<<<), if you don't like it (or you have to much geometry so it slows down sometimes, you can turn it off.
