Super slow to plot "DWG to PDF"

Hi,

I try to plot some drawings to PDF. However, it is super slow and the AutoCAD crashes so easily while plotting. Also, How can I reduce the PDF size?

Thanks,

Does this happen with all drawings or just one?  Can you post the problem dwg?  What are your computer specs?

Under:

Hi,

>> How can I reduce the PDF size?

2 options:

  • reduce the resolution of the PDF output (within the details of the PC3)
  • make sure your PC3 is set to out text objects as text (and not converted to graphic (that can reduce a PDF to 5% sometimes)

Hi @it-helpRXUMJ

May I ask what the joke here is ... using my suggestions to try to isolate the issue?
