I realize that this thread is old, but thought I'd post this to help anyone else who happens to find it.

 

The latest version of the hardware database does not include the 2010 versions of AutoCAD, which is why it's showing up as "not certified".  

 

I recently noticed this on my own laptop with AutoCAD Electrical 2010.  Just for kicks, I manually edited the XML file and now it tells me that my device is certified.  Doing that isn't supported, but if it gives you peace of mind seeing it, then go for it.
