Volume Quantity Not Available for Stairs

The volume quantity is not available for the stair quantity drop down check attached image. Therefore not allowing us to obtain the concrete quantities.1.PNG

I believe it all depends on how the stairs were modeled.

If the designer did not fill in the material properties for the stairs when modeling them in Revit, then it won't have a volume property.

Here is a link to show how to add those material properties, so that you can get that info into Assemble.

Hope this helps!

Hi @sourav.ganguli

You have to make a dedicated volume-parameter in Revit (Instance), copy & paste the volume from the material to this parameter (using Dynamo), and then select the parameter in Assemble.
