In the Smart Engraving options menu, the "Add Ramping Moves" checkbox does not actually add any ramping moves when using conical flat/angled tools. Currently, I either have to patch together a mix of Area Clear and Smart Engraving toolpaths, or I have to trick Artcam into ramping in Smart Engraving by telling it I'm using an end-mill, and then actually use an angled cutter out at the machine. The Smart Engraving strategy is a necessity because of the need to do corner sharpening with my finishing tools. The ability to ramp with conical flat tools and do corner sharpening in the same Smart Engraving toolpath would be a huge boon to a daily engraving work-flow.
