Help section Tools function

Hi

It would be very helpful if on the help page there was a section for just the Tools. I can't tell how many times I go there and type in the name of a tool either to get no subject found or a list of endless subjects to search thru. As a relative beginner with this software when I want to do something that I have seen in a video or perhaps discussed on the forum, or just an idea I have. I know there is a tool but don't know how to use it. If I go to support that can take one or two days. If I search the video's that can take an hour or two depending on how lucky I am. This way of learning just is just endless relative to time spent.

Thanks for your interest, I clicked that link but found nothing related to tool function,  Although it does look like a good resource.

The online help is displayed in a new browser window when you select the Help > Help menu option or press the F1 key in Autodesk ArtCAM Standard 2018 (Version: 2018.1.0 Build: 2017-08-24-1525-cf7743dc2).

When you position the mouse cursor over a toolbar's button while working in Autodesk ArtCAM Standard 2018, a ScreenTip is displayed with the button's name and a short description of how it can be used. When searching the online help, you should use the exact name of the button shown in this ScreenTip. For example, the image below shows the ScreenTip for the Relief Cookie Cutter tool and the result of searching the online help using that name:

If you use this method, more meaningful results will certainly be delivered when searching for information on a specific tool.
