As discussed in this topic, the Development team are working on additional enhancements to the Smooth Relief tool, and I expect them to be included as part of a future software update for the Autodesk ArtCAM 2017 product range.

Hi @PLAS1991,

If you download and install the fourth service pack for the Autodesk ArtCAM 2017 product range, then select the Smooth Relief tool, its settings are displayed on the Tool Settings panel as shown below:

If you click and drag the Strength slider, the value in the Smooth Strength box is adjusted accordingly. Likewise, If you specify a value in the Smooth Strength box, then click Apply, the Strength slider is repositioned accordingly.
