High Res image files

Hello,

I have a High Res image file i would like to import in to ArtCAM 2017 SP4 (Build 268). but i get this message,

the File format is a Tiff saved from Photoshop CC at 2400DPI.

is there some kind of limit on the resolution?

Please confirm the steps you are following to import your TIFF file into Autodesk ArtCAM Premium 2017 Service Pack 4 (build 268), preferably by using Autodesk Screencast to create and share a screencast.

Please attach your TIFF file when replying to this post so that we can investigate further. If you would prefer not to share your TIFF file, please create and submit a case from your Autodesk Account to report this issue, and attach your TIFF file when doing so.
