Arnold render for Apple Silicon

Almost a year and a half into the Apple Silicon transition, yet there's no ETA from Arnold regarding support.

The higher-end M1 Pro and M1 Max systems have also been revealed, and they're giving a very promising outlook on GPU power of Apple's systems going forward.

Would love to have some sort of ETA on Arnold for Apple Silicon.

We're working on M1 support, but we don't have specific dates that we can publicly announce.

Thanks for the quick reply Stephen! I've been waiting for Arnold to make the switch for a long time. Is there not even a vague estimate you can provide? Would really appreciate that!

What about these raytracing capabilities for the new M3 SoCs from Apple. Does Arnold these hardware accelerated solutions support in the near future like Maxon or Blender already announced?
