Arnold GPU for Cinema 4D crashing

Hi, I just got Arnold but i can't seem to get the GPU mode to work. Every time I start the IPR it freezes and says render failed. I have looked at the log and there are different error messages coming up and I can't make much sense of them. I can't find anything else in the forums or online that has helped yet. It works fine in CPU mode but as soon as GPU mode is on it crashes. This also happens in a simple scene with just a cube and a quad light. I hope someone can help. Thanks

2 x 2080Ti

32GB RAM

Threadripper 2950X 16 Core

What versions of CINEMA 4D and C4DtoA? Can you post a full Arnold log, or at least the header?

Thanks for the quick response! Where can I find the full log? I'm using Cinema 4D R21.115 and Arnold 3.2.0.1

Apologies for the delay. I had to get something rendered in time for a project so opted for the CPU mode in the time being. Here is the error log. The first attempt was trying to render my project which is quite a heavy scene with volume displacement, the second attempt was just a scene with a cube and quad ight.

When you see this, you have to restart CINEMA 4D before you can try rendering with the GPU again:

[gpu] Fatal GPU error occurred, please restart the host application 

If you restart CINEMA 4D and do another simple test, is there any other errors reported?

My bad! The simple scene seems to be working properly with a fresh restart. I must have tested it after the heavier scene crashed Arnold, without knowing to restart first. I will have to just try and optimise the heavy project. Thanks for your time and helping out.
