THelp With RenderMan/Redshift

Hi, I am doing a school assignment comparing Arnold, RenderMan, and Redshift and was wanting some tips for rendering settings. What settings would be recommended for high quality lighting on a low poly scene (As in Camera (AA), Diffuse, Specular settings)? I haven't been able to find good settings that eliminate noise but also don't take over an hour to rend a single frame. Also which Render engine out of the three do you prefer the most, as that would also be helpful information. Thank you for any replies, sorry if this isn't the forum to be asking this on!

Here's a Render I achieved using Renderman, along with the settings. I want to try to keep the render sub 3 minutes so I can compare all of the engines similarly, but if it goes over it's fine. This one render took a bit under 2 minutes. I also can't use the denoise feature as I don't have access to a Nvidia GPU. I'm using a HDRI with 6 light samples as well. Thank you!

A skydome HDRI with 6 light samples will definitely slow down your renders. 3 is more than enough.

Can you share the Arnold sample settings?

Seems reasonable. Do you really need specular samples to be 3? Did reducing the skydome light samples from 6 to 3 help?
