i am testing simple maya scenes.
import afternoonClouds from maya visor. Non-dynamics fluid ,Cloud shape controlled by textures.
The final images rendered with software and Arnold look different.Alpha does not match.
It seems that arnold can't recognised maya fluid textures.
There where Lee Griggs says there a re a bunch of presets for cloud systems which wroks very well.
I've seen this tutorial.But i'm done with the cloud,and now i want to render it in Arnold.Now it looks like the cloud has completely changed. i want the rendering results in Arnold are exactly the same as those in software. Is there any way to do that?
You will have to adjust the shading results to match Maya software.
