I'm sort of new to materialX, but I'm pretty sure something is wrong here. Because it cannot be this stupid... right?
To show my issue, I have made an incredibly simple shader and added pictures of it here.
We can see that the rgb-channels have been used as different masks. But when I export this as a matX that info is not coming trough. looking in the script, it gives absolutely zero information about what output is used and just mush them all together.
This is extra problematic when it also adds the alpha, whether it exists or not..
Is matX really made to only use "out"? Do one need to shuffle exactly everything?
I would really appreciate the help, I'm completely lost and have a very hard time finding anything about this.. ![]()
