Issue With Arnold Rendering

Hello,

My name is Gabriel Bouelt Emery, and it seems that I'm experiencing difficulties in rendering images with Arnold. The module appears to be installed correctly, and I have checked my rendering settings multiple times, and everything seems to be functioning properly. However, the issue is that no images are being generated in the project's image folder. Maya indicates that the renders are successful and complete, but no images are being generated regardless of the format. I want to specify that I have a teacher's license for a course at the college (Cegep). The technicians at the college are also experiencing the same problem on their end. However, my students seem to have no issues; I have tested it with them, and they are able to successfully generate rendered images with Arnold in their project folders. Can anyone help me with this issue? I have tried reinstalling Maya and Arnold and reactivating my license, but Autodesk indicates that I need to contact my administrator. However, the Cegep technicians are getting the same message.

No images when you batch render? Can you post an Info-level Arnold log for a batch render?
The log verbosity is in Render Settings > Diagnostics.
By default, the log will go into your MayaRenderLog, in your home folder.

License will have nothing to do with this.
"Autodesk indicates that I need to contact my administrator" > I don't know what this is, when does this happen? Sounds like single-user licensing and seat assignment.
