Complete list of physically correct light exposure ratios for custom Arnold lights?

Hello Arnold support. I saw another thread regarding real life light intensity values in Arnold and the answer was that Arnold render uses arbitrary units.

However, what if I want to create all kinds of lighting setups manually in Arnold, what kind of reference would I use to ensure my Skydome & Distance Sun do match real life exposure values for things like Overcast weather, sunset, sunrise as well as other artificial lighting like house lamps, TV screens, flashlights etc.

There was another thread I had made before which someone did list some values, but it only covered a few. I was hoping if I could try and compile all types of light values in this thread.

For example, here are some that I know or tried. Not all of them may be correct but I'm hoping someone could guide me through this.
