What I need to do is the instruction manual for this building block. He requires the wireframe to be unbreakable. There are no wireframes in some places, and some places are not clean enough. But what I rendered with Arnold is as shown in the picture. Is there a way to solve it?
Maybe toon.geometric_normal would work better for those shapes or lower the angle_threshold below 10?
I have tried both of the two things you mentioned, but they can't be solved. The problem still exists. The lower the value is, the more the wire frame is, but there will still be breaks or fewer lines. Instead, there will be some unnecessary additions. lines that appear. Changing toon.geometric_normal to this mode doesn't change anything.
Is your topology clean? It can be hard time trying to get a good wireframe without a clean geometry.
The model surface is relatively small, because it is a Lego brick model, I have uploaded the model, you can download it and try it.
