mask from hidden object

Hi,
I have the following problem to solve. An object is inside another object. Additionally, it is invisible. It is possible to render a mask from such an object.

I fear you need a second render with only the object.

You could set it up with Rendersetup.

I know this method, layers. I was wondering if there was a way to release it as an additional mask. Without using layers.

But overall, it's also a good method.

I thought there might be a workaround too but, unfortunately, it won't work if the outside object is opaque.
