hi folks, a while ago someone asked why certain IES profiles create rendering errors. the advice to edit the file and erase all text above "TILT=NONE" does not help.
since maya is shipped with dozens, if not hundreds of IES lights, i wonder how to make use of them. below is a typical error when invoking the rendering.
a) i wonder if anyone could get the IES files to work. b) once i introduce an IES light, it blocks the whole scene from properly rendering.
