How to change the frame rate of a render sequence to achieve a slow motion effect?

Hi guys, I'm using Arnold and trying to slow down a scene created with Bifrost.

Basically I have a splash happening in 70 frames that needs to be extended to 300 frames. Without changing gravity or Trans Time (i'm happy with the look of the splash), is there a way to render the animation sequence on a higher frame rate? The same 75 frames (3 seconds) on a 300 frames image sequence?

Thanks!

Can you bake the simulation and scale the keys?
