Arnold Render Selection to Texture with Alpha Mask

Hi, new to Maya so hopefully I can communicate this right. I'm using the Arnold 5 Render Selection to Texture utility to bake a texture of a character's face. I need to add an alpha channel to the file which will eventually be used to mask out the character's mouth. I know in Arnold 5 there's an option to Enable AOVs, which I'm sure would offer some solution, but I'm not getting the results I'd like and it seems that for each active AOV it bakes separate files, when I need a single composited file. Any guidance is appreciated.
