Trace set tag in solaris

i cannot find the trace sets string in the render geometry settings node, is there any workaround for setting up the flag?

There's no workaround that I know of.

We have an open ticket for adding trace_sets to the Render Geometry Settings.

Solaris trace sets now work as expected in the latest HtoA release (6.2.5.1), you can find it at the bottom of the visiblity tab in render geometry settings - https://help.autodesk.com/view/ARNOL/ENU/?guid=arnold_for_houdini_solaris_ah_Render_Geometry_Setting...
