Material overrides on Arnold USD

Hello,

I've exported a shaded model from Maya as Arnold USD. Importing that file into a new Maya scene I get the options to do overrides to the shader but I can't find anything similar on the arnold procedural in Houdini.

Thanks!

create a edit material path in your stage under your USD import, create a material edit node under that.  Find the material in your scene graph tree and drop it into the material path and click load.  Then dive into the edit material node and you will find an edit node with all the attributes of the shader.  Unfortunatly you will loose the UI format of your original shader,  it will list everything in alphabetical order and will not be folderized.

If you just need to edit one or two properties you can right click on them in scene graph details and choose edit properties.

Me too, it would be nice if Autodesk shipped a standard surface edit node that maintained the formatting of the standard surface shader.  Seems like it wouldn't be too hard to make one.
