Main Crypto_material/asset and object AOV in Solaris rendering black frame. 00, 01 and 02 are fine.

Hey guys, I'm importing a bunch of stuff into LOPs via the the SOP import node.

 

These are some KineFX animated geo caches, some flip caches and some hairgen nodes. All created in SOPS/DOPs and imported into lops via geo nodes in contest level

 

All attributes are deleted apart from P, v, N and uv

 

Materials are in LOPS via prim groups created in SOPS and imported via the Subset Groups in the Sop import node

 

Everything renders fine in the RGBA beauty and all AOVs have 90% parity to Beauty when our Flame artist rebuilds them in comp.

 

BUT

 

The puzzling problem I'm getting is the main channel for Crypto_material/object/asset are rendering black, all the other channels 00, 01 and 02 are fine.

 

I've tried every possible solution including a couple posted up by a helpful user here. But to no avail.

 

Is this a bug? Will it be fixed for the next release??

it's completely normal, you have to use other soft like Nuke or fusion to display them correctlly
