How do I put a foreground image in render view?

Hi,

How do I put a foreground image in the render view? I want it to overlay my rendered geo.

I want it on a plane and unaffected by lights. I initially thought to use the utility/flat shader but there is no opacity.

Any tips?

Thanks

Have you tried it with an opacity map on a card?

Thanks for your answer. I have tried the opacity on the standard surface and that works but I'm left with the diffuse (which is all I want) but it's affected by the scene lighting. (which I don't want). Basically, I want this image as a foreground lighting reference with alpha as opposed to a backplate reference image. I think a flat shader like the utility works fine but has no opacity. Is there a way to make the standard shader flat or combine a utility shader with a opacity mask?

Thanks

Use emission_color instead.

Great. That worked. Thanks
