Houdini for Arnold does not render displacement

Hello, I just wanted to ask if anyone else had had issues with Arnold not rendering displacement? I am using Houdini 20.0.751 at the moment as I found that Arnold was not working at all in 20.5 versions for me (separate issue and still unresolved). Everything seems to be working correctly apart from it not being able to render displacement at all. I have made sure I have added subdivisions as Catmull-Clark on the geo and I have added an offset of -0.5 to cater for the mid value of my maps but I get this error in the image below. I am not quite sure what the error means and I have tried googling it  to find nothing. I also don't really know where /obj/geo1/polygons.disp.map is locatedin the interface.

I have also made sure to check my displacement map is correct and everything is correctly exported. I have done tests in both Houdini mantra and Maya Arnold where the displacement works perfectly.

This could be a user error issue on my end, but it is really odd. I have used Houdini and Arnold a lot at work without issue but I am not sure why it wont work for me at home. Could the fact I have an Indie licence be the issue? Maybe there is a bug? If anyone could help of had similar issues it would be amazing to hear from you!

Thanks,

Elena

That error means that the displacement shader is not connected to the polygon mesh.
How is that set up in Houdini? Are there any errors when HtoA exports the ass file?

I think there was a connection missing somewhere. I started again re-linking my shaders and it seems to have worked now. Maybe it was a user error even thought I thought all my connections were in the right place! Thanks for your help!
