Why the poor quality in the render?

I have made an animation and when it has been rendered all the quality has gone down, but if I make a single frame it looks perfect. It's as if you lower the quality just by making the video... Which parameter is the one I have to touch?

Hi, im going to try short the animation.

now im rendering all frames (1-150)

Maybe if i render 30% of the animation the compression color error desappears

It's recommended to render frames with animations. Which file format are you using?
