Your version of Arnold is older than the version used to generate the scene you're reading in. Upgrade your Arnold if you want that warning to go away. Otherwise, it likely should be safe to ignore this warning.

You are using an older version of C4DtoA, and loading a scene that was saved while using a newer version of C4DtoA.

hi! Both my versions of Arnold and cinema are updated. I Just created a new file to avoid problems, and I still get the message. I think is slowing down my IPR window a lot

This warning should be fixed in C4DtoA 3.0.3. It should be harmless, the plugin checks this parameter to detect if a gpu or cpu render is running, but this parameter does not exist on Mac, that's why the warning.
